All products are shipped by Federal Express 2 Day air or Fed Ex Ground and are shipped Frozen. Shipping method will be determined by you Shipping time depends on form of shipment that is choosen and your location Business days do not include holidays and weekends.

 All products are made fresh then frozen . Orders that are received before 3pm EST Monday through Thursday may be shipped the same day depending on inventory otherwise 1-2 days are needed for processing orders before they are shipped  

Items may arrive thawed, We recommend these items be returned to the freezer with no compromise to quality.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

 To save you as much as possible in shipping costs, we ship orders complete, unless otherwise requested

Receiving Your Order

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Good Juju Bakery within five days of receipt of merchandise. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved this is so we may file a claim with the shipper
